Schoko Disk berry tarts

  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g cream
  • 30 g sugar or agave syrup, etc.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method

Whip the cream. Mix together the remaining ingredients for the cream with a hand whisk and then fold in the whipped cream. Chill the cream for 15 minutes and then spread it on the chocolate rice cakes.

Select the best berries and divide among the Schoko Disks. Garnish with lemon and lime zest.

The tarts are also particularly good for a picnic. Chill the cream well in advance and transport it in a cool bag. Pack the berries in a container. You can now assemble the tarts directly on the picnic blanket.
