Information on production

Byodo organic vinegars are basically made from alcohol, which means - depending on the sort - red wine, raspberry wine, grain spirit etc. For this purpose the alcohol is filled into big fermentation tanks, where it is slowly fermented to alcohol by means of vinegar bacteria and oxygenation. This procedure takes place at pleasant temperatures around 25 °C. Experts call this a continuous process. Byodo vinegars are not heated in order to retain valuable enzymes and flavouring agents. The raw materials are 100 % organically grown.

Paradise Dressing

Take ...

• 2 tbsp. Byodo Pomegranate Balsam
• 6 tbsp. Byodo Olive Oil, extra virgin - fruttato
  
• 1-1½ tsp. Byodo Dijon Mustard
• Byodo Atlantic Sea Salt
• Pepper

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together for the dressing. The heavenly Byodo Paradise Dressing is delicious with bold leaf salads and sprouts.

Our tip:

For a delicious Arabian taboulé: take couscous, sheep's cheese, fresh vegetables such as pepper, spring onions and fresh parsley. Add 1 tablespoon each of black cumin and coriander, and a little fresh ginger. Pour the Paradise Dressing over the salad and garnish with pomegranate seeds!
