Our emmer pasta is something truly special and representative of increasing diversity in agriculture. The pasta with an attractive golden brown colour, delightful aroma and mild, nutty flavour is made entirely from the ancient grain emmer.

  • Emmer is perfectly suited for the production of pasta. It guarantees the typical "al dente"-bite and convinces through its marvelous aroma as well as nutty flavor.
  • Organic Byodo Pasta is dried at temperatures between 40 - 50 °C. This slow but constant process of drying guarantees a beautiful noodle shape without any rips and cuts.
