Byodo crowned Hidden Champion 2017

1st place in the Responsibility category

For the seventh year in a row, the television news channel n-tv recently presented its Hidden Champion awards to SMEs which are usually not as widely known but still contribute considerably to the success of the German economy. And this year…Byodo was among the winners! We are particularly pleased about this accolade, as it acknowledges our dedication to our own employees, the environment and community projects as a whole. Josef Stellner (Byodo Management) and Lucia Neudecker (Head of Marketing at Byodo) attended the official awards ceremony in Frankfurt am Main and accepted the 1st place award with pride.

In the Responsibility category, the panel of esteemed judges focused especially on our high rate of awarding apprentices positions, the weekly donations to the Mühldorfer Tafel charitable organisation and our work with refugees.

The awards were sponsored by the dfv Maleki Group and the BVMW (BVMW: Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft, Unternehmerverband Deutschlands e.V. [The German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses])
