What happens when we at Byodo let the summer, sun and sunshine inspire us? Three new crema creations that are the perfect accompaniments to salads, desserts, Mediterranean dishes and much more!

Our classic, the Crema con “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP”, is being complemented with some sweet and sour companions. What they all have in common is the fact that they are made of 100% finest organic ingredients and their naturalness, as they are neither sulphurised nor heated and do not contain the thickening agent xanthan gum. In addition, the handy 150 ml squeeze bottle makes the Byodo cremas optimally portionable too.

Our Byodo Crema with Black Currant is new, seductively red, mildly bitter on the tongue and delectably fruity in its taste. This new addition to the range amazes with characteristics which truly appeal to the eyes and palate alike. These are all thanks to the deep red juice and fruity aroma of real blackcurrants. The crema goes excellently with salads and light desserts such as the Byodo Panna Cotta as well as with pancakes, apple strudel, waffles and a whole range of other baked goods.

Sit back, close your eyes and savour the new Byodo Crema with Basil along with Mediterranean dishes such as tomato and mozzarella, bruschetta, antipasti and pasta creations. Delicious! Like the classic Byodo crema, this new variety also includes a whole 40% original “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP”. In the blink of an eye, it adds the typically aromatic hint of basil to any dish. Adventurous chefs also like to try it out in combination with sweet dishes and desserts such as the Byodo Gourmet Pudding Vanilla or a lemon sorbet.

Our third new addition to the Byodo crema quartet is a fruity and fresh taste experience: the Crema with Lemon. It is a zesty creation combining white balsamic vinegar and the juice of fresh organic lemons. This crema lets you add a summery, fresh note to fine fish dishes, fruit salads, ice cream and delicious desserts.
