Three new dessert creations

As the days grow cooler and the trees take on a variety of beautiful colours, it’s time to treat yourself and pamper your soul. The intensely chocolatey Mousse au Chocolat, light and delicate Vanilla Mousse and delectably fruity Berry Mousse will help you forget the rain and cold and whisk you off to dessert heaven. Enjoy our heavenly airy new additions in 100% premium organic quality!

The three fine creations are completely free of gelatine and can be prepared cold quickly and easily in just three minutes. Simply add the specified amount of cream and milk to the powder and then whisk everything together briskly. The desserts can be sweetened to taste with sugar or other sweeteners and then simply melt in your mouth.

Delicious taste sensations need only a few, but particularly good ingredients: a little rice starch, original Bourbon vanilla, some sweet whey powder, a pinch of sea salt and, for two of the varieties, the respective flavouring in the form of wonderfully intense cocoa powder or fruity blackcurrant and blueberry powder.

You can add the perfect finishing touches to the dessert creations with fresh fruits of the season or the fruity Byodo Crema with Black Currant. Not only that, the new Byodo mousses also make wonderful cake fillings and cupcake toppings.
